Memories with Madelyne Month of Coordination services is ideal for couples who have organized their own wedding and require assistance 4-6 weeks prior to the big day! We review vendor contracts, confirm vendors, finalize all details and wedding day timeline.
Service Includes:
- Two complimentary meetings (2-6 weeks prior to wedding day)
- Attendance of wedding rehearsal (date must be confirmed for availability)
- Communication with vendors 4 weeks prior to wedding day
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure Event runs smoothly according to plan
- Ensure all vendor setup with Venue, Catering, Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Emcee, and etc. meets Client's requirements
- Coordination of Ceremony Processional and Recessional
- Creation of Wedding Day spreadsheet, vendor contact list, Wedding Party Timeline, Vendor Schedule, Decor Checklist and more!
- Set up Client's personal decor including ceremony reserved seating sign, welcome sign, guestbook table, place cards, favour table, and cake table
