Memories with Madelyne Month of Coordination services is ideal for couples who have organized their own wedding and require assistance 4-6 weeks prior to the big day! We review vendor contracts, confirm vendors, finalize all details and wedding day timeline. Includes up to 8 hours of wedding day coordination. Package includes: •Unlimited phone and email communication leading up to your wedding Package includes: - Assistance throughout the day to ensure the event runs smoothly according to plan - Ensure all set up is organized accurately with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all vendors to meet the bride and grooms requirements - Coordination and styling of ceremony items (including: all decorations, ring bearer pillow, coin bearer pillow, veil with pins, cord, unity candles and holder) - Set up reception (if required) including: decorations, guestbook frame and pens, complete seating arrangement board, presentation box, pins, table numbers; as per floor plan diagram, 1-2 programs per table and 1 menu per table) - Distribute bouquets accordingly to Bridal Entourage - Line up of Bridal Entourage for Processional at Ceremony and Entrance at Reception - Ensure the wedding starts according to scheduled time and that dinner is served with all allergy meals to be served appropriately - Distributing final payments to various vendors •Creation of a detailed day of timeline and event production schedule •Vendor contract reviewal •Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event •Site walk-throughs with on-site coordinator to discuss event details •Finalizing all floorplans, menus, and venue •Supervision of wedding rehearsal, ceremony set-up and reception set-up •Onsite design styling of décor on the day of the wedding •Management and coordination of vendors, timeline, bridal party, guests and last minute changes •Final payment and gratuity distribution to all vendors • Unlimited coordination on your wedding day • Memories with Madelyne assistant on the wedding day Price of services depends on your special occasion.
