  • All purchase orders are final sale and must be placed up to 2 weeks prior to Event date. Rush orders will be an additional $50.

    A rough draft of names will be sent for review and confirmation by the customer. Customers will have up to 2 free order revisions. Any additional changes to your quote must be notified to Memories with Madelyne with a change order fee of $20 (ex. change of colour, and or font).
